Regional Behavioral Consultants has been providing quality Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Services (Wraparound) to children and adolescents since 2004. We specialize in providing behavioral support services in the forms of: Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC), Mobile Therapist (MT), and Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) to individuals diagnosed with Autism and other mental health diagnosis.

Staff provide Applied Behavioral Analysis, Verbal Behavior Therapy, Greenspan Floor Time Play Therapy, and many other therapy approaches. We also provide services to children and adolescents diagnosed with other behavioral health disorders as we are trained in a wide variety of evidenced based therapy practices for these individuals, as well. Licensed Behavioral Specialist/Mobile Therapist

Regional Behavioral Consultants, Inc. has openings for Mobile Therapist/ Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC). Clients are located within Crawford and Mercer County. Position has capabilities of being full time. Position provides flexible schedule.

Must have valid Driver's license and obtain all clearances.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide behavioral supports to children with mental health diagnosis
Provide individual and family therapy.
Must have experience in CBT, Play therapy
Use Assessments (FBA, ABBLS, VB-MAPP) to gauge level of functioning and develop programming to meet the needs of the client
Provide ABA therapy approaches
Supervise TSS staff
Complete necessary reports, records, correspondence with families, schools, psychologists, evaluators, and other areas of mental health.
Provide services in locations that meet the needs of the clients in the home, school or community
Complete assessments, collect data related to client behaviors, support families and schools

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed Behavioral Specialist through Board of Medicine
Prefer BCBA qualifications
Masters or Doctorate level degree in Psychology, licensed professional counselor, licensed family therapist, licensed social worker
(or) Persons with graduate-master level mental health degree with documented training in the field of behavioral modification
FBA certified




Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS)

Regional Behavioral Consultants, Inc. has immediate openings for Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) in Mercer and Crawford Counties in Pennsylvania for daytime and/or afternoon schedules. Clients are located within Crawford and Mercer County. Must have valid Driver's license and obtain all clearances.

Positions are considered part time but can be up to 40 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide one-on-one behavioral supports to children ages 2-21 with a mental health diagnosis under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Specialist.
Provide services in locations that meet the needs of the clients in the home, school or community
Complete assessments, collect data related to client behaviors, support families and school

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree in a Human Service Field (examples-Psychology, Education, Sociology, Criminal Justice) with no experience
(or) Bachelors Degree in a non-Human Service field with a least one year full time paid experience with children
(or) Associates Degree in a Human Service field (or 60 credits toward a BS/BA degree) and at least three years full time paid experience with children
Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background and FBI Clearances
Current Driver's License
